Check-in was efficient, and the staff was very friendly. The room had two double beds and provided plenty of space. I found good facilities inside the room like an iron, ironing board, and hot drinks. The complimentary breakfast offered a very good experience.
I noticed a few hairs on the bathroom floor. Also the shower floor seemed a bit slimy

The location provided convenient access to shops, the International Centre, and the train station. Many activities were nearby, offering diverse options. Parking was also ample, which I found very useful.

My room had good size. The staff provided gluten-free toast and croissant. They toasted these separately. There were also gluten-free cornflakes available.
bedside lighting was A LITTLE too far from the bed.

The breakfast was a real letdown. it seemed like the bare minimum was put out there (especially the scrambled eggs). the coffee machine was also a struggle to use. I just wanted a quick coffee. the price felt steep for what i got.
